FREE SHIPPING for orders over $59.00 Shipping charges are flat rate according to product size. If multiple items are purchased, the largest box item rate will be applied. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Product is broken; or
- Product is the wrong size (does not match order); or
- Product is the wrong style (does not match order); or
- Product is the wrong color (does not match order).
- Items requested after 14 days of receipt.
- Sale Items.
- Personalized Items (expect as noted above)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, use the following procedure:
- Send an Email to info@CreationsByHebert.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and if you want a refund or a replacement. A picture is preferred but not required.
- We will reply by email within 2 business days with your return authorization information and any additional instructions.
- Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your return authorization email.
- Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
